Weekly Mission Statement Message

With the rollout of our mission statement, we will be working as a company to better improve the lives of our people, our partners, and our communities.  We have split the year into thirds to Focus on each section in more detail.  Over the next four months our Focus will be on People.  During the month of November we will be specifically focusing on "Developing People".  We will have weekly challenges and competitions with great prizes for the winning teams!  Make sure your team is number 1.

This weeks message is career path.  Our competition will start on Monday November 8th.   The first team to have every member of their team set a clear career path will win $100 for a party for their team.  All career paths will be sent in by the directors and approved by Chris Hislop.  We want all team members to think about what they want to do as a career.  This may or may not entail staying at Focus and moving up or working at Focus while going through school to be become an engineer.  Each person has different talents and interest and Focus wants to help encourage your development while you set lofty goals and do everything in your power to achieve them.  Good luck and may your team win the party!

PAYDAY

All Employees,

This is just a reminder to all employees that the ESG website will be down Wednesday at noon until Friday at 5pm every pay period!  You will not be able to log in to the ESG website at all during that time.  Payday is not until Mondays so please wait until after 5pm on Fridays to look at your checks!

Utah Trunk or Treat

The Utah trunk or treat was a huge success!  We had a lot of Focus employees show up with their families.  It was fun to see everyone in their costumes and meet the families of all of the people we see every day!  Thank you for coming and making it so much fun!

Thank You Letter!

Today we received a thank you letter from the Boys & Girls Club.  The letter reads:

"This letter is written to thank you for your continuous support in the Boys & Girls Club movement.  You can be assured that your donations are being utilized to support our kids in the educational and recreational activities in the Clubs.

OUR MISSION:  To enable all young people, expecially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.

Again, please accept our hearfelt thanks for your generous donations and your continuous support.  We are so excited how far we have come and where we plan on going this year, and we look forward to all the continuing fun and adventures the Club and its youth provides.  Thank you again for all your support!  It is becasue of the support of committed organizations and individuals within our community that the Boys & Girls Clubs thrive.  Thank you!

Utah Golf Tournament

Last Friday we had our 3rd annual Focus Golf Tournament.  We lucked out and had pretty good weather.  The rain came a few hours later!  Thanks for all who came out to play, it was a good time!

Trunk or Treat

This years annual Utah Trunk or Treat will be held on Friday October 29th at 6pm.  It will be at the ROY location.  All employees are invited to come and bring their kids.  There will be prizes for decorating your cars, costumes, and creativity!!  Please come and be prepared to have some fun!  The more the merrier and all employees and families of the employees are welcome.  Don't forget to bring a TREAT to share from your TRUNKS!!

Midwest Trunk or Treat info soon to come!!  It will probably be held at each site individually since they aren't as close together.  Please ask your recruiter for information until it gets posted!!
