Agent of the Month (Clinton)

Our agent of the month in Clinton is Kyle Nitschke.  Kyle is an agent that everyone would want on their team. He is reliable, successful, determined, and a true leader. He is always willing to help whoever with whatever they need to have them be more successful. He has been a fantastic agent and Number One, and because of the qualities he had shown in February, he is now an interim coach for the Small Business OJT team. I look forward to his continued growth within the company.

Great job Kyle!  We appreciate how fantastic you are!!

Agent of the Month (Roy-QCO)

For the month of March we have chosen Josette Sanchez as our employee of the month.  Josette works really hard and cares about making improvements. Her ideal offer rate in February is at 100%, which is an improvement from 20% in January, and her RPC is up to a $77.83 in February from a $43.72 in January, which to me shows that she is taking the things that she's learned and applying them to all of her calls. Josette also cares about her attendance and hitting her hours daily. She does a great job of making up her time when she misses and being on time daily.

Great job Josette!!  What a great accomplishment and improvement!!  We appreciate all that you do!

Manager of the Month (Roy-QCO)

For the Month of March we have selected Brenda Carranza.  Brenda is extremely reliable and cares so much about getting all of her work done in order to help her agents improve. Her agents love her, and all of her teams have made huge movements since she started as their QA. Brenda is not worried about how she will look if an agent improves but mostly cares about how they will be helped and what improvements they will make. It is amazing to see someone put in so much effort into coaching and to see someone understand what coaching means.

Great job to Brenda!!!  We appreciate all that you do!

Great Quote!

Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs even though checkered by failure, than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much because they live in the gray twilight that knows neither victory nor defeat.

Theodore Roosevelt 26th president of US (1858 - 1919)

Yes You CAN go to College

We want to help you further your education.  Here at Focus we want to see everybody succeed and do what they have always dreamed of.  Whether that is, owning your own business, a doctor, a computer engineer, working in a beauty salon, detailing cars, or whatever else might pique your interest.  Let us help you get started.  Contact Chris Hislop (801.393.1635 ext 1501 or chris.hislop@focusservices.com) in HR to help you get started and follow these easy steps:

1.        Decide what it is that you really want to do.
This is the most important step so really take some time to think about what makes you happy.  If you are unsure you can still start going to college but start with just getting some of your generals out of the way.  You have about 2 years before you will need to make a specific choice.  You may find that you want to do something very specific though and if that’s the case maybe a trade school would be best for you where you will learn a very specific skill and not go through all of the generals.

        2.   You will need to apply to a school.  Here are some options depending on the area you live in:

3.       3.   Apply for federal student aid:   http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/
This step is important. I have heard a lot of people say that they can’t go to school because they can’t afford it.  Well log on to this website and fill out the application.  You may qualify to have the government pay for your schooling with a grant that you do not have to pay back, or by getting a student loan that won’t need to be paid back until you are done with school.  So going to school has now just become very easy!!  http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/

4.        4.   Take advantage of our tuition reimbursement program.
We will pay you back up to 70% of your tuition even if the government paid for your schooling.  Work really hard and get good grades.  Call Chris Hislop (801.393.1635 ext 1501 or chris.hislop@focusservices.com) to get all of the details on our tuition reimbursement program.  It is a very good program and we have a lot of people taking advantage of it.
