With the rollout of our mission statement, we will be working as a company to better improve the lives of our people, our partners, and our communities. We have split the year into thirds to Focus on each section in more detail. Over the next four months our Focus will be on People. During the month of November we will be specifically focusing on "Developing People". We will have weekly challenges and competitions with great prizes for the winning teams! Make sure your team is number 1.
This weeks message is career path. Our competition will start on Monday November 8th. The first team to have every member of their team set a clear career path will win $100 for a party for their team. All career paths will be sent in by the directors and approved by Chris Hislop. We want all team members to think about what they want to do as a career. This may or may not entail staying at Focus and moving up or working at Focus while going through school to be become an engineer. Each person has different talents and interest and Focus wants to help encourage your development while you set lofty goals and do everything in your power to achieve them.
