ReplyDeleteI would imagine if you have AT&T for your home service then you would probably get it. It is supposed to be off your monthly AT&T bill. :) Let us know if you call them.
ReplyDeleteAT&T combines cell and home phone bills so i do not see why you would not recieve discount for home or cell service
