The manager of the month for March in Rock Falls is Heaven Pease. We are nominating our trainer Heaven Pease for taking the initiative to incorporate some new guidelines to their classed based upon areas of opportunity that we found last month so that we can improve our training classes and its agents. Here are a few things that they have included into training the start of this month:
They have implemented doing assignments with their training classes. Carlos's current class is our guinea pigs for these assignments. So far they are working wonderfully. An example of this is that they are creating the C-flow, Systems posters with 3 key points and etc that you see posted around the center each week throughout training after that area has been covered in class. These are just a few of the things that they have incorporated. The assignments are helping us trainers gauge who is willing to apply themselves to this job.
