Agent of the Month (Roy-QCO) - April

We chose Michelle Nelson for employee of the month. Michelle is newer to our floor and is such a good part of our floor. She is often found encouraging others on her team and the floor to have a good attitude and take advantage of their calls. Ever since Michelle has come to the floor she has been doing an all around awesome job. Michelle takes her job very seriously and if she misses anything she will be the first to correct the problem. She is the best at turning a repair or tech support into a sell and is a leading example of what should be done on a call. Michelle is a very positive person who will give positive energy to other agents who are not having such a good day. She has awesome attendance and can always be relied on to perform and be here. JP her coach says, “I am very blessed to have such a valuable agent on my team and think she should receive some extra acknowledgement.”
