Coach of the month is Shannon Jurisic. Shannon was moved to OJT Coach on our AM shift a little over a month ago. Since that move I have been excited about what she has accomplished with the new hire agents. She has consistently produced numbers that are beyond expectations even with a double class coming out recently. With Shannon in this position I look for a significant reduction in attrition with this group and great performance results.
