We chose Ben Prince as our manager of the month. Ben has been a trainer for us for 3 years now and his classes always come out so knowledgeable. They are ready for any questions that come up and they know how to handle a call. Ben is very knowledgeable himself as he has been at Focus now for almost 8 years. In addition to training our PM classes Ben is also in charge of our continuation training on our floor. This in itself is a huge task and requires a lot of hard effort and determination. Ben handles it well and gets the job done in a timely manner. A lot of time we are the first to complete trainings on our floor even though we are the biggest. We love having Ben on our floor.
