For the month of April we have selected Jenny Krueger as our manager of the month. Jenny takes site lead to a new level. Not only is she responsible running the floor but she acts as QA by listening to calls, coach by helping motivate teams and pitches in wherever help is needed. With the addition of the Inbound work she rarely has a minute free and does her best to keep everything in order. Jenny has been an employee with the Rock Falls center for over 10 years and has had a hand in several roles including agent, Trainer, recruiting, coach and now site lead. She is a great asset to the Rock Falls site.

Jenny wow what awesome person she is loud and mean and all in all a great motivator. I look forward to seeing her each day we just cant let her know that hahaha. Congrats Jenny
